Drip Tape, 8 mil, 12 in Medium Flow, 7,540 ft — Surface or Buried Irrigation
8-mil 12" Medium flow rate 7545' Drip tape is a thin-walled drip line used in drip irrigation. Drip tape is made of special-grade polyethylene material. It is also called a collapsible hose; once pressurized, it becomes round and collapses when depressurized. Being a flat tube, it can be supplied on reels containing several thousand feet. It can be used for surface and subsurface applications.
Drip tape is used for row irrigation when you want water delivered directly to the plant roots where it is needed instead of overhead, which causes fungus and disease. The tape is thin-wall polyethylene that ships flat on the roll, rounds up when you pressurize it, and can be laid on the surface or buried. This roll is the medium-flow, 12-inch spacing version.
